Warranty Period

At Orrivoart, we stand behind the quality and enduring design of every fixture. All Orrivoart lighting products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or modification.
  • Misuse, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning.
  • Accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or external factors.

Damaged Items

Initial Inspection Period (30-Day Guarantee)

To secure your peace of mind, we kindly ask all buyers to fully unbox and thoroughly inspect all goods for damage or missing components within 30 days of delivery.

  • Reporting Damage: Should you discover any damage or missing parts, please take clear photographic or video evidence immediately and contact our customer support team without delay.
  • Our Commitment: For any issues reported within this 30-day period, we will promptly send you the necessary replacement parts or a complete new fixture free of charge. The shipping costs for all replacements will be fully covered by the seller.
What will we do?

Orrivoart will repair or replace any defective product or part free of charge during the applicable warranty period. The warranty covers the product or part as described above. This applies to defects in material and/or workmanship under normal conditions of installation, use and maintenance. If repair or replacement is impractical, we may choose to refund the purchase price and return the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original supplied parts.

What is not covered?

In addition to the standard manufacturer's warranty and the terms previously outlined, the Orrivoart One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by the following factors:

  • Fair wear and tear (including normal aging or fading).
  • Voltage supplied outside the North American standard range of 108 to 132 VAC (60HZ).
  • Force majeure (acts of God or natural disasters).
  • Misuse (including using the product for purposes other than its intended residential use).
  • Abuse, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • Improper packaging of the product returned to Orrivoart.
  • Improper or incorrect installation, maintenance, or repair.
  • Failure to follow applicable care and cleaning instructions.

Professional Installation Recommended:
We strongly recommend that all Orrivoart lighting fixtures be installed and serviced by a certified professional electrician to ensure product safety and maintain the validity of your warranty.
